Companion Services
We offer non-medical services to older adults or people with and without disabilities.
The biggest benefit of companionship is that it improves the quality of life of the
residents.
We also provide unskilled services (by home health aides, certified nursing assistants, homemaker, companions) to patients in their homes.
Medication Administration
We are administering medication at scheduled time and date.
Medication administration is essential.
Residential Habilitation
Residential Habilitation Services include the care, skills training, and supervision provided to the residents in a group home setting. The degree and type of care, supervision, skills training and support of individuals will be based on the plan and the person’s needs. Services include assistance with acquisition, retention, or improvement in skills related to activities of daily living, such as personal grooming and cleanliness, bed making and household chores, eating and the preparation of food, and the social and adaptive skills necessary to enable the individual to reside in a group home setting

Transportation Services
Provide travel to and/or from community resources providing needed services or carrying out activities of daily living.
Destinations may include, but are not limited to, doctor's offices, hospitals, and health clinics.
Social and Recreational Activities
Music and sound; Movie Theater; Accompany to store/Shopping; Social Events; Field Trips; Crafts; Puzzles and games; Exercise; Sensory; Relaxation

We specialize in helping you reach your personal recovery goals in the privacy and comfort of your home. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, Home Health Aides, and Certified Nursing Assistants, companions assist with the activities of daily living such as bathing, skincare, and oral hygiene for homebound clients already receiving skilled services.
