What we do
Helping Residents become independent, assisting clients with daily personal tasks such as dressing, bathing, providing essential health-related services, and administering medication at scheduled times and dates. We serve a population including but not limited to persons with developmental disabilities, mental illness, and Individuals with complex needs. We will take our residents to and from appointments while they live in the home. In addition, we keep communication between the Resident and law enforcement agencies, families, or community organizations open to update these parties on the status of the Resident. We may also arrange social services for the Resident when necessary.

Owned and Operated by a Registered Nurse, Junie Sara, RN-BSN, and staff with experience in Senior Care. Grace House & Staffing is a new Adult Family Home established in 2022; we provide these services: Companion Services - Personal Support - Transportation - Medication Administration - Residential Habilitation, private non-skilled Home care, Social and recreational activities to adults with and without disabilities but not limited to Autism, Cerebral palsy; Spina Bifida; Intellectual disabilities, Down syndrome; Phelan- Mcdermid syndrome who require assistance to remain safely independent. Our home accommodates a maximum of 6 residents, a direct caregiver living in the facility. We are fully qualified and trained to respect individuality and promote the dignity of every resident. Our shared rooms offer accommodations to formulate more meaning and pleasure in their lives. We are located in Poinciana.
